We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Celebrity Manager to work closely with a renowned celebrity. This role requires someone with prior experience in managing high-profile personalities, preferably from the sports creator/celebrity management industry. The ideal candidate will act as the celebrity’s shadow, managing schedules, brand collaborations, events, and day-to-day requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all engagements, collaborations, and communications related to the celebrity.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the celebrity’s professional and personal schedule, including travel, events, shoots, and appearances.
• Liaise with brands, event organizers, media, and agencies for potential collaborations and opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of brand deals, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide on-ground support and be present with the celebrity at all times during work commitments.
• Handle crisis management and ensure smooth communication flow between all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience as a Celebrity Manager, Sports Manager, or handling high-profile public figures (sports preferred).
• Proven track record in managing schedules, events, and brand collaborations.
• Strong networking skills and understanding of the celebrity and influencer ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be available beyond standard working hours.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain discreet, professional, and composed under pressure.
