Abhishek is originally from New Delhi, India. He enjoys developing relationships and engaging with individuals from all backgrounds. He believes that a day without meeting people is an unfruitful day. He has expertise in leadership hiring as both an executive search professional and an in-house recruiter focused on the markets of Europe, the Middle East, and India. He has played an important role in closing significant roles for a diverse range of clients across sectors.

Abhishek worked as a corporate recruiter for a market leader in Luxury Real Estate Development in Dubai. Being part of the Talent Acquisition team, he was responsible for Leadership and Mid-Management recruitment in industries such as Real Estate, Investments, Insurance, Retail, Hospitality, and Industrial Catering. Prior to Corporate Recruitment, Abhishek worked as a Consultant and Practice Head for a renowned Executive Search firm. He worked on multiple CEO/CXO level searches across sectors, with an emphasis on business development and client servicing. He is associated with successful CEO/CXO postings with several industry giants in the MENA and Asia regions. He started his career in Hospitality with Marriott International in Edinburgh, Scotland. On weekends, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines, reading, and going out for a run.

With a track record of guiding over 200 individuals toward their desired job placements, Lokin's commitment to making a positive impact on job seekers' lives and the communities they touch is undeniable.

Krithi comes with a breadth of diversified expertise in executive search and performing arts. She specializes in searches that focus on senior, critical, and specialized talent for clients across sectors and locations, drawing on a solid history in research and active consulting. Krithi, based in Bangalore, works with clients and internal teams to produce effective results for Board and C-level recruitment, leveraging her sector-agnostic approach to develop relationships and drive cooperation.

Krithi is dedicated to building strong relationships with C-suite executives, which results in successful placements and positive word-of-mouth referrals. At Peergrowth she focuses on building and servicing our clients' C-level and Senior Leadership needs across industries.

Prior to joining Peergrowth, Krithi worked as a Consultant and Co-practice Lead for a global search firm, where she specialized in stakeholder management and delivery while working on global mandates across various industries.

Krithi's career began in the performing arts and advertising industry, and she continues to practice and teache classical dance. She has a degree in Management, Science, and Arts, which has provided her with a well-rounded perspective and a distinct approach to problem-solving.
