What You’ll Do:

✨ Lead the creation and enhancement of innovative academic products

✨ Oversee a 100+ member team across subjects, design & delivery formats

✨ Leverage AI for quality-driven, scalable content development

✨ Drive teacher training initiatives and implement global best practices

✨ Own end-to-end delivery of learning materials – books, videos, apps & assessments

What We’re Looking For:

🔸 Master’s/Ph.D. in Education (preferably from a top global institute)

🔸 Subject mastery in Math & Science (more is a plus!)

🔸 Experience in product innovation for the K-10 space

🔸 Someone who has taught and led large academic teams

🔸 Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
