We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our client in the Banking & Finance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, financial services, and portfolio growth. This role requires a professional who can manage high-value clients, build long-term relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions to support client needs and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Understand client requirements and provide financial solutions aligned with their goals.
- Manage client portfolios, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Cross-sell and upsell banking and financial products to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless client service.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through referrals, networking, and market insights.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, business development, and revenue generation.
- Ensure exceptional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in client relationship management within banking, investment, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing HNI/corporate client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
