We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and scale Peergrowth’s presence in India, starting with Delhi NCR and expanding into other key cities. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a business practice from the ground up-covering strategy, client acquisition, team leadership, operations, and full P&L ownership in one of India’s most competitive markets.

What You’ll Do

• Launch & Lead Establish Peergrowth’s India operations with a focus on Delhi NCR and expansion into other metros.
• Develop Client Partnerships Build trusted relationships with CXOs and HR leaders across industries.
• Team Leadership Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing consultants.
• Drive Business Growth Lead client acquisition, retention, and successful placements to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Market Insights Stay ahead of industry and recruitment trends to strengthen Peergrowth’s positioning.
• Strategic Alignment Collaborate with global leadership to align Indias growth with the firms long-term vision

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven track record in business development, client management, and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience setting up or scaling new business units.
• Based in Delhi NCR, with strong networks and market understanding.
