We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager for our client, a leading FMCG company. The role focuses on managing and developing strategic accounts in the modern trade segment, driving growth, execution excellence, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territory.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts by implementing full line distribution, execution standards, and ORC credit policies.
  • Support and guide Customer Representative Salesmen in achieving sales targets and account growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in modern trade accounts.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to Sales Management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure timely resolution of account-related issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, and report progress to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in modern trade/key accounts management.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade operations, distribution, and merchandising standards.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior retail management.
