We are seeking a results-oriented Process Excellence Manager to join our client’s growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and expertise in process optimization, operational efficiency, and change management. You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and cost optimization.
• Design and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Conduct detailed process mapping, value-stream analysis, and root-cause analysis to recommend data-driven solutions.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and performance dashboards to track KPIs and ensure process sustainability.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training for client teams on process improvement tools and best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and process digitization.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across client organizations.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence, preferably with exposure to management consulting.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or similar process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent client-facing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital tools such as RPA, BPM, or analytics software.
• Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact consulting environment.
