We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our Delhi team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of expertise in providing mortgage advice, managing client portfolios, and guiding customers through the entire home loan process. You will be responsible for delivering expert financial advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping clients secure the best mortgage products suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products, rates, and lending options.
• Assess clients financial situations and eligibility to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, ensuring timely submissions and approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking and financial regulations and company policies.
• Mentor and support junior advisors to enhance team performance.
• Generate leads and contribute to business development through networking and referrals.
• Prepare detailed mortgage proposals and documentation for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a mortgage advisor or in a related financial services role.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, home loan processes, and regulatory requirements in India.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Certification in mortgage advisory or financial planning is a plus.
